Crypt of the Doomed Warrior

My version of the #MapChatCrew map - the Crypt of the Doomed Warrior.  It's a location in my campaign that hasn't been played yet, so I don't want to give too much background lest one of my players stumbles across it.  Suffice it to say that it is a crypt and is the resting place of a doomed warrior, it's just not the warrior's crypt.

The Crypt is a three-level dungeon. It is fronted by a tower built into a cliff face which provides five distinct entrances into the dungeon proper.  There is also a staircase hidden above the cliff that leads down to the uppermost level of the dungeon and a tunnel that leads from a cave 1/4 mile away into the lowest level of the dungeon.

There are two distinct sections on the lowest level of the dungeon, with a sublevel attached to one of them.  The front section can be reached from the basement of the tower, the aforementioned tunnel, or the rear section of the middle level of the Crypt. The rear section can also be reached from the rear section of the middle level or the upper level.  It can also be reached from the front section of the middle level via a pit and chute trap.

The front section of the middle level can be entered from the ground floor of the tower or through a set of giant rat tunnels that connect to the 2nd floor of the tower. It connects to the rear section of the lower level via a pit and chute trap. It also connects to the upper level via a staircase.  The rear section connects to both the front and rear sections of the lower level and to the upper level.  The crypt section can only be accessed from the upper level.

The upper level of the crypt can be entered from two points on the 3rd floor of the tower or from stairs leading up to the ground above the cliff face.  There are stairs leading down to the front and rear section of the middle level; the crypt section on the middle level, and to the rear section of the lowest level.

I know what inhabits this dungeon in my campaign world and what the Doomed Warrior has to do with it all.  I'd love to hear what you think it would hold in your game.

If you prefer black and white, you can grab those here too.

Caves of the Trickster God

This labyrinth of caves and tunnels has been slowly expanded by the cult of a trickster god.  It is said that at the center of the labyrinth lies a natural cave grotto that serves as a temple to that god.  A variety of creatures, living and dead reside in the caves, and there are a number of traps to dissuade the unwary (only one is marked, a portcullis that will drop when anything larger than a dog steps on the trigger plate a bit further down the tunnel.

The actual entrance to the grotto/temple is hidden behind a pair of secret doors one on the upper level and one behind a false temple on the lower level.
The four caves behind the second secret door are used for ritual preparation before entering the grotto above.

Underdark Geomorffs

To make twitter's #FF a bit more interesting, I'm going to start dropping some Underdark mini-maps. I'm calling them - geomorffs. They're not quite geomorphs since they don't align on the edges, but you could certainly string them together.  Each will have varying sizes of exits from tertiary - primary passage sizes.  They'll also be useable with any of my other Underdark maps.

The first four were posted on March 15th, 2019.

These four were posted on March 22nd, 2019
